The welcome drink is a true moment of sharing, to be savored in one of our two 16th-century courtyards. In winter, the reception can be arranged in a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace, between courtyards and lounges. According to your requests, Hotel Le Cep allows for every possible variation to make your cocktails and receptions exceptional.

With a variety of ambiances, our four lounges offer capacities ranging from 8 to 60 guests:
- Intimate, the “Library” lounge, dating from the 18th century, provides a secluded retreat away from the heart of the hotel.
- The private “Louisiane” lounge, adorned with wood paneling, boasts a special charm and character thanks to its gallery of famous portraits from our guestbook. Ideal for receptions and guided wine tastings, it will make your event truly memorable with its distinctive atmosphere.
- Particularly warm in winter, the “Fireplace” lounge invites you to gather by the hearth. The gentle warmth of the flames creates a unique event your guests will remember for years to come.
- Our cellar can also become the Burgundian stage for your refreshments, not to mention our historic courtyards dating from 1547 and 1570!
- And for receptions “in the green,” Le Cepe de Beaune welcomes you in the heart of a wooded park on the heights of the wine capital of Burgundy.
