Burgundian Mâchons at Le Cep
We organize Burgundian mâchons—today’s take on the vintners’ meals—within our cellars, blending fine charcuterie, aged cheeses, œufs en meurette, and grand crus selected by our in-house sommelier.
Intimate or shared, these moments extend the wine through conversation and tell the story of the land from the heart.
Offering an intimate atmosphere and a selection of exceptional wines, our cellars become the setting for a moment of sharing, terroir, and gourmet delights.

The art of sharing Burgundian flavors
The mâchon is best savored in a small circle or with a group around rustic, convivial tables. Fine charcuterie, aged regional cheeses, œufs en meurette, country bread, and sweet treats pair with a tasting of Burgundy wines carefully selected by our sommelier. Each bite tells the story of a terroir; each glass, that of a passionate winemaker.
Organized on request, the mâchon is ideal for private events, gatherings of friends, or to extend an oenological tasting with ease. In the soft light of ancient stone and under Burgundian vaults, time seems to stand still… so you can savor the moment.
