We are always here to help organize your cocktails, receptions, and group gatherings. Everything here is tailor-made, each client is unique, and your wishes become our goal!
The welcome drink is a true moment of sharing to be enjoyed in one of the two 16th-century courtyards. In winter, the reception can be held in a cozy atmosphere near the fireplace, between courtyards and lounges. Depending on your requests, Hôtel Le Cep allows all possible variations for your cocktails and receptions.
With completely different ambiances, our four lounges can accommodate between 8 and 60 guests:
Intimate, the "Library" lounge, dating from the 18th century, offers a place to retreat from the heart of the hotel.
The private "Louisiane" lounge, decorated with wood paneling, has a unique charm and character thanks to its gallery of famous portraits from our guestbook. Ideal for receptions and guided wine tastings, it will make the day memorable with its singular atmosphere.
Particularly cozy in winter, the "Cheminée" lounge lets you gather around the fireplace. The soft warmth of the flames will make your event truly special and unforgettable.
Our wine cellar can also become the Burgundian setting for your gathering, not to mention our historic courtyards dating from 1547 and 1570!
And for outdoor receptions, Le Cepe de Beaune welcomes you in a wooded park on the heights of the wine capital of Bourgogne.
