Starting at 7:00 AM and with no time limit, a generous buffet awaits: pastries and fresh breads, local jams, eggs prepared to your liking, aged cheeses, Burgundian charcuterie, fresh fruits, pressed juices, fine teas, coffee, and other hot beverages—all part of a gourmet selection designed to delight even the most discerning palates. For added privacy, breakfast can also be served in your room, with attentive and meticulous service.

In the authentic and welcoming setting of the Saint-Félix cellars, Hotel Le Cep reimagines the tradition of the mâchon bourguignon—a convivial meal once reserved for winemakers. The mâchon is a sensory experience to enjoy in small groups or larger gatherings around rustic communal tables.
