In Beaune, the bistronomic restaurant Loiseau des Vignes is managed by a major name in French gastronomy: the Bernard Loiseau Group.
Integrated into the historic walls of Hôtel Le Cep, on Rue Maufoux, the bistronomic restaurant “Loiseau des Vignes” sets out to rediscover Bourgogne’s culinary specialties.
Fifteen years after its opening, “Loiseau des Vignes” has been transformed into a chic bistro under the direction of Bérangère Loiseau. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservation is recommended.

Menu and Dishes
In the kitchen, the new chef Alexandre Dutat offers a gourmet menu: œufs en meurette, pâté en croûte, escargots — guests savor Bourgogne, its terroir and emblematic dishes. The cuisine, friendly and rooted in tradition, carries the Loiseau culinary signature: bold flavors, refined sauces, and high-quality products.

Four wine cellars nestled in a majestic oak setting offer up to 32 wines by the glass (starting at €7 per glass). The cellar holds up to two thousand bottles of Bourgogne wine (starting at €45 per bottle).
