The philosophy

In Beaune the restaurant Loiseau des Vignes is managed by the famous French group, Bernard Loiseau. 

The group manages:

  • 2 star restaurant in Saulieu
  • 1 gastronomic restaurant in Beaune Loiseau des Vignes
  • 1 star restaurant in Dijon - Loiseau des Ducs

Housed within the historic walls of the Hôtel Le Cep, on the rue Maufoux side, the "Loiseau des Vignes" gourmet restaurant is set to rediscover Burgundy specialities. 

 Fifteen years after it opened, the "Loiseau des Vignes" restaurant has been transformed into a chic bistro under the impetus of Bérangère Loiseau. 

The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations are recommended.
Payment must be made directly to the restaurant, which is independently managed.

Carte and menu

In the kitchen, new chef Alexandre Dutatnouveau Dutat offers a gourmet menu: eggs en meurette, pâté en croûte, snails, diners enjoy Burgundy, its terroir and its emblematic dishes. The cuisine is convivial and firmly rooted in the Loiseau culinary signature: straightforward tastes, good sauces and top-quality produce.

The wine list of the restaurant

Guests will discover what has made the concept so successful: an exceptional and exclusive selection of Burgundy wines, meticulously crafted by Eric Goettelmann, the group's executive head sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2019. Four wine cellars housed in a masterly oak case offer up to 32 different wines by the glass (from €7 a glass). The cellar has up to two thousand bottles of Burgundy (from 45 euros a bottle).
